1. Rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Your room is not reserved until a full deposit is received for each time slot desired. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your scheduled reservation date to receive a full refund.
2. Your credit card will be required upon arrival for your party or event.
3. Room renter is responsible for any damage to the room or the equipment in their rented room.
4. You may decorate your room and use scotch tape, masking tape, or push pins - NO DUCT TAPE!
5. You may cover tables with your own tablecloth and decorate the tables as you wish.
6. We need 15-30 minutes after your party or event to clean up for the next scheduled reserved event and we must run on schedule. A $25 clean up fee will be applied to your bill if the Private Room is excessively dirty.
7. No outside food is permitted on Luigi’s Pizza and Fun Center premises. Birthday parties are allowed to bring cake and ice cream only. If there are questions or comments please see a manager.
8. Final payment must be made after your party or event ends. Your total bill, without tax and after any coupons, must meet the purchase minimum for your room.
9. Special entertainment needs to be approved by management. We will determine what is acceptable or unacceptable. We reserve the right not to allow entertainment we deem unacceptable.
10. Loud noise, music, foul language, and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to cancel the party or event immediately with no refund.
