Room renter is responsible for any damage to the room or the equipment in
their rented room.
You may decorate your room and use scotch tape, masking tape or push pins -
NO DUCT TAPE!
You may cover tables with your own tablecloth and decorate the tables as you
wish.
We need 15-30 minutes after your party to clean up for the next scheduled
party and we must run on schedule.
No outside food is permitted on Luigi’s Pizza and Fun Center premises. Birthday
parties are allowed to bring cake and ice cream only. If there are questions
or comments please see a manager.
In order to make a room reservation a deposit must be placed on the day of the
reservation. Rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Full deposit
will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 10 days before the party.
Final payment must be made after your party ends. Your credit card will be
required upon arriving for your party!
Special entertainment needs to be approved by management. We will determine
what is acceptable or unacceptable. We reserve the right not to allow
entertainment we deem unacceptable.
Loud noise, music, foul language, and unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to cancel the party immediately with no refund.
